An ideal CFO partner candidate must have MBA/MS in Finance, CFA or CPA charters with at least 20 years of experience in:

- Managing Budget, FP&A
- Cash-flow & liquidity management, forecasting & ROI
- Feasibility analysis & investment prioritization of Capex intensive projects
- Scenario & sensitivity analysis
- Financial restructuring, turnaround & transformation
- Capital structure optimization
- Capital raising process
- Developing and managing KPIs to ensure efficient operations, profit maximization and continuous performance improvement
- Activity based costing
- Product costing & profitability analysis
- Financial performance of inventory management
- Business applications such as Quickbooks, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle Apps and CPM/EPM tools
- Financial technology strategy planning
- Leading financial technology application implementations
